Well it was easier before because there was just a "forums" link in the community section. Now there are 3 links to the forum with different names, and possibly more as the general/offtopic ar readded. It fills up that bar pretty quick , and in my oppinion is a bad way to lay out.
The community forums header would contain all non blitz version speciffic forums:
General chat
Off topic
Artwork forum
etc
