It looks pretty good, have requested an account which should be sorted in about 20 mins apparently! Will have a play around when I get back from the vets (stressed cat - again!). Terms seem very simple, check it out, see if yoyu like it!
In terms of client software, I have TortoiseCVS installed which completely integrates the versioning stuff with windows explorer - just right click to check stuff in / out. Haven't trie it, but it looks cool. There are others listed on cvsdude too...
