strange colors ?

I have this blitzcode:

Open in online IDE
Graphics 800,600,16,2

; Now for a box 
Color 117,142,102
Rect 100,100,200,200,1 

While Not KeyHit(1) 
Wend


and when I printscreen or saveImage() that and open it in photoshop then colors are wrong.

I only want to use 
Color 117,142,102


but in photoshop its: 115,142,99
------------------------------------

How is this possible ?

And second question
Is there a way to open a image in blitz and read a pixel and get the R G B.
Then I can check in the same program the color.
