The code and media are already copyright, the contributers, to sell it, someone would need permission from ALL the contributers surely?
I think you're right, but the problem is that there's a distinct lack of copyright messages on each persons work... I think legally it would be tricky, hence, if it all fell under the BR umbrella it's kinda easier to manage.I do agree though, this should be free, and remain free.
