Setting a sliders value, currently also enables teh slider.
Example of the bug:

Open in online IDE

window = CreateWindow("test",100,100,200,200,0,1)
slider = CreateSlider(0,0,ClientWidth(window),ClientHeight(window),window,True)
DisableGadget(slider)
SetSliderValue(slider,0)
WaitEvent()
