Your talking about landscape demo ? if yes :
the water plane (soon include) and the glow effect are
some other source code, but the map and the positioning of
all objects in the demo are made with terraed in 4
hours ! without one position/rotation/scale entity !

If your talking about heightmap and colormap : i have use

World Machine + photoshop for generating terrain
and colormap
