I think the last step needs redooing.
You can add much more light, shadow and contrast, and sharper too. If you want the modern Marvel airbrush look (( http:// ) marvel.com/comics/onsale/covers/USM054_0304.jpg ) you need very fine detail. Personally I like the older style black inked shadows better. In your case, the blue shadow could be as dark as RGB = 70,90,110
