New Features in Blitz3d update ?

So does anyone know what the new features are in the new blitz update, and how to use them ? Just wondering, also noone has helped me out with the Rotation and Scaling correctly topic I created, I posted some code for people to check out, and have gotten no responses... Can someone help me out with this please.
