The masking on the images is bad. The logo is poorly rendered. The black text on the bar headers is, oddly enough, not contrasting enough. I don't know, might just be my eyes. The blue-on-blue in the chat box is a bad design idea (in my opinion), go for another color. Maybe put more spacing between the cells of the chat box too. And what's with the little boxes under the menu items?
The old one is worse though, so you've obviously made an improvement.
