I use Visual Blitz (crap name, nice IDE). I like the standard IDE, but VisBlitz has some nice extras - and it's the most like the standard Blitz IDE (which I like. Did I mention that?).

Protean certainly has the feature list of champions, but .NET can bite my bum (until I get a system up to the task, at least).
