I found it hard and awkward to use.
I expected the text to scroll smoothly, and I thought the menu font was unreadable (although the one in Options is much better). I also thought the mouse buttons operated opposite to what a westerner would expect in the text reading section.
The menu itself is very slow and unresponsive on my machine, this is partially because of the strange sized (large non-square) textures. I would resize them all to 256x256 to ensure maximum hardware compatability. Although avoiding 3D all together might be a better idea. The menu rolls rotate far to slowly.
Also, why is there no end of line word wrapping?
I would also recommend putting in a quick ESC key exit.
Having said that if people are finding it useful then it does its job.
