One of the pro-things of blitz is -tho I dunno about this with other compilers- that I can copy/move the whole dir w/o need to re-install.

Ofcourse I could freshly re-install blitz after an evil-OS (tm) re-install, but by copying my old backup, I've all my prefs and sources where they were, before Windows went bananas.
