How can you complain Blitz is not up to spec when you had access to a free working demo AND a complete website where you could talk to other users before parting with a single Euro?
Well, that's not entirely true - the forum is for registered users only.But yes there is a demo, and he could have mailed Blitz Research (which he did, but only to moan afterwards).
