You can interpret the string dothis$ for the time being. If you use:
dothis$=Input$("What now? ")
Print dothis$
it will print what you typed in - which you can interpret.
I'll carry on writing the framework with the main keywords you'll probably use - don't know if I will finish it tonight though - I'm doing it between watching TV.
