How can fire someone who never accepted the job to work for you?
You cannot EVER convince someone to work for you with these conditions (I surely never will).
And you cannot force me to work for you, because of some reasons:
1. I'm already making my own big game
2. I'm still learning about game-making, so if I would join your team, it will be a slow progress
3. I want to get paid for my work
Need more reasons?
