I have had this a long time ago.
Try this, go to the "Window" pull down menu and at the bottom there should be a "Document Size" setting. Adjust that to 350 350 which is the default I think.
If that doesn't work go to the "Edit" pull down menu and select general preferences, then ask for factory settings for the document, that should do it I hope! :)
