mky pc good for blitz basic 2d?

hi,

i got a:

pentium 2 333 mhz
direct X 9.0
1000 watt speakers
52 speed cdrom
392 mb ram
10 gb harddisk

and i was wondering if this is enough to run BLitz Basic at all? because when i test my game i only hear a sound (but when i remove the rotation code) everytrhing runs normal?
