To get the text from the single-line textbox use:

txt$ = SendMessage( mytextbox, "TM_GETTEXT" )
To insert that value into a multi-line textbox use:

numlines = SendMessage( myothertextbox, "TM_GETCOUNT" )
SendMessage( myothertextbox, "TM_SETTEXT", numlines, txt$ )
