I've fund the scroll bug, I am fixing it.

There will be 2 way to use quick help :
very old school

F1 > help / double-click > quick help
old school
------------
F1 (first) > help / F1 (second) > quick help
What do you think about it ?
I chose this solution because everyone doesn't like the oldschool way :)
