Manage TreeViews Better

I just uploaded a set of TreeView functions to blitzcoder.com that allow for managing TreeViews.

Besides replacing these functions without having to
change your code:

Just place TV_ on the front of these
tree functions :
CreateTreeView -> TV_CreateTreeView
TreeViewRoot -> TV_TreeViewRoot
AddTreeViewNode -> TV_AddTreeViewNode
InsertTreeViewNode-> TV_InsertTreeViewNode
FreeTreeViewNode -> TV_FreeTreeViewNode

There are functions that allow for querying for text from a node, replacing node text and searching added nodes.
